Why our guests come back

In a chain hotel you are met by whoever is on shift. Here Arina meets you, and she remembers you were here in March

Every third guest has stayed with us before

Twelve rooms is not many. By the second day we know who takes coffee without sugar, and whose door not to knock on before nine

Our house

Built in 1937, when Bat Galim was laid out as a garden neighbourhood by the sea. A listed building that became a small hotel

Who stays here

Where to stay in Haifa? Depends who you are and what brought you here

If you are coming for work

A hotel in Haifa for one night. In the evening you come back to a quiet house, not a chain lobby

The promenade and pergolas on Bat Galim beach, three minutes from the hotel

If you came for the local feel, not just Haifa

A neighbourhood with the sea, cafes and people who know each other

If you are getting everyone together

You can book the whole hotel, and nobody has to drive home

If you would rather have a house than a chain

Twelve rooms in a 1937 building. Arina remembers you were here in March

If you like good coffee and fresh pastry

Any hour of the day. Tea, lemonade and water too

If you need to disappear for a few days

Midweek in Haifa. On your own, or with someone who matters to you

Travelling for work

We handle the paperwork — invoices and a direct contract, if that works better for your company.

Twin rooms with separate beds, if you travel with a colleague.

Twelve rooms: quiet enough to work and to sleep. Coffee and pastries all day, and a late arrival is fine.
