Guest may cancel the reservation up to 48 hours prior to arrival without any cancellation fees.

Any cancellation after that will incur a fee of 100% of the total stay.
No show at the hotel without prior cancellation will be charged the full amount of the reservation and the hotel is not obliged to hold the room for the subsequent nights of the reservation, if any.

Group cancellation 30 days prior to arrival without any cancellation fee.
30 days and less prior to arrival will incur 25% of the total stay for each room reserved.
21 days and less will incur 50% of the total stay for each room reserved.
14 days and less 75% of the total stay for each room reserved.
7 days and less will incur a fee of 100% of the total stay for each room reserved.
